I was preparing a deck yesterday and had to look for the etymology of the word “career”. This word originates from the Latin word “carrus” which meant a “wheeled vehicle”. Your career is a journey, it’s not a place you arrive at, or a situation you find yourself in right now. Your career is a continuous journey from one stage of your life to another.

Early in their marriage, Bill and Vonette Bright (founders of Campus Crusade for Christ) drew up a legal document listing all their possessions and assigned ownership of these to Jesus Christ. This clearly sets their foundational belief, they own nothing. Everything is the Lord’s.
Don’t waste money on marketing, until you have a solid business strategy.
Everyone needs a firm understanding of the business strategy. It guides the connection from research, manufacturing, advertising and marketing. It will be a total waste of resource to pursue anything if only a few are on board. It needs to be everyone. EVERYONE.
